Properties and advantages
This line features stable plasticization,high output,long life service and other advantages. The production line consists of control system, vacuum loader,single screw extruder,extrusion mould,vacuum calibration unit,haul off and cuter unit machine and stacker.
The extruder is equipped with AC Siemens Motor and control by ABB Inverter drive, imported RKC or OMRON temperature controller or Siemens PLC Program control. The vacuum calibration unit's pump and haul off unit's reducer are famous brand products.Vacuum calibration table’s water tank use high and lower sensor,energy saving.
After simple changing of the mold and screw and barrel, it also can produce the foam profiles,the effect can be better than single screw extruder.
Production Process
Raw material → Single-screw extruder →Extrusion mould →Vacuum calibration table → Haul-off → Cutter→ Stacker → Finished product inspecting & packing
