PRODUCT application
Vinyl sheet pile is a lightweight, extremely durable, environmentally friendly, highly resistant to corrosion and advanced alternative to the traditional materials such as steel, concrete and wood. Vinyl sheet piles are used in construction industry more and more widely because of their excellent parameters and the possibility of lowering investment costs. Also, simple and fast installation using standard tools and machinery.

Extruder
Screw material: alloy steel of high quality 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen treatment, with the thickness: 0.5~0.7mm, the surface hardness: HV740~940.
Adopt high quality components to ensure high performance of extrusion
Gearbox material: 20CrMoTi, teeth hardening, precision gear grind treatment
