Compared with the general crusher, this crusher adds a set of traction device，added two sets of pressure rollers, air pressure opening and closing, linear speed up to 30m/min,thereby improving the production efficiency, the main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and has been verified by dynamic and static balance. The "V"-shaped cutting technology and the box water cooling system avoid the phenomenon of overheating and sticking of the material in the crusher cavity.Tool rest optimization design, claw knife can be dispersed by strength, so that the shear knife of each blade increases, suitable for crushing thick material, hard material block material head, effectively improve the cutting force of the tool,reduce the problem of tool wear. According to the customer's requirements, it provides a complete set of aggregate suction unit and dust separation device, which is more convenient to use.

DYPS-P series crusher is used to solve the problem of recycling and crushing of wide PP/ABS/PMMA sheets, plates and foamed coils with a thickness of 0.2~3mm.
