The JWL series single screw granulator adopts a special screw design and different configurations, suitable for the recycling granulation of various plastics such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, etc. It can be designed as a single-stage or two-stage production line, combined with strip cutting or water ring cutting methods. The gearbox adopts a high torque design, achieving low noise and smooth operation. The screw and barrel have undergone special surface treatment and are characterized by wear resistance, good mixing effect, and high output. The design of vacuum exhaust or natural exhaust ports can remove moisture and exhaust gases during the production process, resulting in more stable discharge and denser particles, ensuring excellent product quality.
