Our medical grade extrusion production line meets strict cleanroom and regulatory requirements. We produce precision pipes, multi lumen catheters, balloon catheters, and medical profiles made of PVC, TPU, and engineering thermoplastic. The system includes closed-loop control of diameter and wall thickness, laser measurement, online visual inspection, and integration of level 7 or 8 cleanrooms. Our medical film production line includes medical PVC film and EVA film production lines. The medical films produced are widely used in fields such as urine bags, blood bags, infusion bags, etc.
Jwell started manufacturing screws and barrels in 1978, making it one of the earliest screw and barrel manufacturers in China. Its brand, "Jinhailuo", has become well recognized in the industry. In 1997, Jwell was established to begin the production of extrusion machinery. Today, Jwell is the vice president unit of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association and one of the technology leaders in the extrusion machinery industry.
