The DYSSG series shredding unit can be used for shredding PE, PVC, PP pipes with a diameter of 1600mm. Pipes with a length of 3-6M can be directly crushed without segmentation. Its speed runs slowly and steadily. Various pipes are placed in a horizontal feeding trough, which automatically closes and is pushed towards the center of the shaft by hydraulic propulsion for crushing. The shredded material is transported by a conveyor to the crusher for secondary crushing to achieve the required particle diameter.
The main advantage of the DYSSG series shredding system is that it saves a lot of manual cutting and sawing waste, saves energy and reduces consumption, and is safe and efficient. The entire system is controlled by a PLC central control system.
