This unit is a complete set of equipment consisting of a parallel twin-screw extruder, a fully automatic feeding system, and corresponding granulation auxiliary equipment. It is mainly suitable for granulation of PVC, PP, PE raw materials with added wood powder or filling materials. The auxiliary machine adopts air fed aggregate and cooling, which has the characteristics of high automation and good production efficiency.
At present, there are 300-400kg/hr, 600-800kg/hr, 1000kg/hr, and 1500kg/hr production lines available for selection. At the same time, our company also provides WPC wood plastic decking extrusion production lines.
