Description of PE Heat Insulation Pipe Extrusion Line
PE insulation pipe is also known as PE outer protection pipe,jacket pipe, sleeve pipe. The outer protective layer of the directly buried polyurethane insulation pipe is HDPE insulation pipe, and the middle is filled with polyurethane rigid foam as the insulation material layer, and the inner layer is steel pipe. Polyurethane directly buried thermal insulation pipe has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties with good impact resistance. Under normal circumstances can withstand the high temperature of 120-180°C, suitable for all kinds of cold and hot water high and low temperature pipeline insulation engineering. It is usually used in indoor and outdoor pipelines, central heating pipes, central air conditioning pipes, chemical and pharmaceutical industrial pipelines of insulation, cold engineering, oil pipeline engineering, etc. Insulation pipe production line adopts special PE insulation pipe mold design, extrusion pressure is stable, thin wall pipe thickness uniform. The extrusion speed is fast, the blow molding output is greatly improved, the surface is brighter, and the operation is highly automatic.

The extruder uses a new design of high-efficiency single screw, introduce Motor-driven, Siemens PLC processor, ensure the equipment operation is stable and reliable. The host temperature control system is consists of a Siemens PLC control system and expansion module. Temperature control accuracy can be controlled at ±0.5°C.
The mold uses a spiral structure, high-quality alloy steel forging; Temperature control of the mold core adopts electric heating. Temperature control has high precision, oil guide copper tube will not aggregate carbon. The heating ring distributes in more areas, temperature adjustment for each area of the mold is controllable.
The vacuum tank is adopted a modular design. The flange of the vacuum setting box and the spray cooling box is made of stainless steel. The nozzle adopts a quick-change type joint, which is convenient for cleaning and replacement and overcomes the defects of fixed installation and disassembly.
Caterpillar type haul-off machine, it is easy operation, less waste of pipe, and large traction, stable operation.
The cutting machine’s feed arm adopts a steel structure, high strength, and durability.
