1. During the extrusion molding stage, precisely proportioned raw materials are fed into a twin-screw extruder. Under conditions of high temperature and pressure, the raw materials undergo melting and plasticization before being extruded through a die to form a continuous SPC flooring substrate. This step is critical to the flooring's strength and stability; therefore, the temperature and pressure parameters of the extruder must be strictly controlled. Following extrusion, the flooring substrate undergoes a cooling and shaping process to ensure dimensional stability and precise geometry. Once shaped, the substrate is cut into strips of specific widths and lengths.
2. The UV layer on SPC flooring serves as a vital protective coating for the surface. Beyond its role in aesthetic decoration, it plays a pivotal part in enhancing wear resistance, stain resistance, and anti-aging properties.
