The extruder and heads are highly accurate, the modules are interchangeable, the modules can be cooled by water or air cooling, online flaring can be achieved to ensure the performance index of the formed pipes, the circular double knife cutting machine has excellent cutting accuracy, the whole production line adopts SIEMENS PLC system, which has high self-control function.

Our large-diameter single wall and double wall corrugated pipe production line is fully automatic control, running stable and high capacity. HDPE/PP material use high efficient single screw extruder, and PVC material use conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder. Horizontal type corrugator adopt advanced shuttle-type structure, closed water cooling system, on-line belling. Whole corrugated pipe extrusion line is controlled by PLC computer.
