Our extrusion systems produce lightweight, high-strength components for modern vehicles. Typical products include air brake tubing, fuel lines, sealing profiles, window encapsulation, and interior trim strips. We process engineering plastics such as PA6, PA66, PP, TPE, and ABS. Our lines offer tight dimensional tolerances, excellent surface finish, and integration with in-line cutting, coiling, or winding. Many systems are used by Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers worldwide.
Jwell started manufacturing screws and barrels in 1978, making it one of the earliest screw and barrel manufacturers in China. Its brand, "Jinhailuo", has become well recognized in the industry. In 1997, Jwell was established to begin the production of extrusion machinery. Today, Jwell is the vice president unit of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association and one of the technology leaders in the extrusion machinery industry.
