    Screw barrel: Innovative patents and intelligent design, using BM high-efficiency screw design to ensure uniform plasticization of materials, low thermal stress, significantly increase production and reduce energy consumption.

    The extruder barrel and screw are treated with double alloy, which is wear-resistant, good in plasticization, high in output, small in diameter, fast in heating, and can reduce energy consumption by 10%-15%.

    Using a 110mm diameter screw, the output can reach 700kg/h, which significantly improves efficiency.

    The control system brings higher stability and accuracy to the extruder. The computer screen operation is simple and convenient. The system has a remote control function. The manufacturer can remotely upgrade the latest operating system OTA.

    The extruder screw can be directly pulled out through the screen changer, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

    Plastic Melt Measuring Gear Pump

    The melt pump is imported top brand from Europe and is equipped with Europe brand pressure sensor for monitoring. The extruder speed is adjusted by PLC to keep the pressure stable.

    The shell of the pump adopts high-quality alloy-steel and the gear uses quenched chrome steel or other high-grade metallic materials which ensures high efficiency and leakage-proof.

    T-die

    The die adopts a typical coat-hanger channel, and adjustable upper die lip, changeable lower lip and perpendicular blocking bar. With ST-model width-control system, the width of products can be changed without interrupting.

    Each die produced by JWELL is specially designed according to the specific requirements of the customer. Our engineering and technical personnel will cooperate and coordinate with each customer to determine the design of the die, die body material, flow channel surface, temperature control, thickness adjustment, width adjustment and other basic factors.

    Roller calender system

    The cylindricity and coaxiality of the roller can reach ≤0.005mm;

    Enhanced roller rigidity and minimized roller surface temperature deviation through special roller structure design.

    The three-roller calender system uses servo motor to precisely control the speed. The three-roller gap is adjusted by hydraulic opening and closing, the worm gear is fine-tuned, with a self-locking function and a synchronous control system. The three-roller calender system is equipped with safety pull-wire switch to ensure the safety of workers.

    Jwell have various kinds of large and advanced equipment dedicated to rollers, including the most advantage manufacture equipment: the heat treatment workshop for 14 meters working piece, profession electroplate workshop, the boring and grinding machine can machine the 14 meters working piece etc.

    Equipped with 3-inch air expansion shaft and 6-inch air expansion shaft, manual winding and automatic winding can be switched freely, and automatic unwinding, deflation, air expansion shaft and air expansion shaft can be selected.
