Advantages of HDPE-PP T-Grip V-Stud Anchor Sheet Extrusion Line
Exceptional Molded Rollers: While competitors may rely on simple engraved rollers, leading production lines utilize forming rollers forged from solid alloy steel and precision-machined via CNC deep-hole drilling. The precision of their anchoring rib grooves is exceptionally high, ensuring that the produced ribs exhibit consistent height and precise angles, thereby providing superior bond strength within concrete.
Efficient Demolding Design: Given that the anchoring ribs feature chamfered edges, demolding presents a significant challenge. High-quality production lines incorporate specialized flexible demolding mechanisms or optimized zonal roller temperature controls to prevent the ribs from deforming or tearing during the demolding process.
High-Pressure Extrusion System: Due to the substantial thickness and deep-rib structure of the PE anchoring plates, the die head requires extremely high pressure to fully fill the roller grooves. Professional-grade lines employ high-output single-screw extruders with a large length-to-diameter ratio, coupled with high-torque gearboxes, to ensure that the polymer melt remains stable—without backflow—even under high-pressure conditions.
Segmented Precision Cooling Control: The PE plates are thick and structurally asymmetrical (flat on one side, ribbed on the other); consequently, uneven cooling can easily lead to plate warping and deformation. Top-tier production lines are equipped with a multi-stage, independent circulating water temperature control system that precisely regulates the temperature differential between the two sides of the plate, thereby guaranteeing the flatness of the finished product.
Heavy-Duty Haul-off and Cutting: Given the high hardness and unique structure of the anchoring plates, standard haul-off machines are prone to slippage. Professional production lines utilize multi-roller, heavy-duty haul-off units, paired with chipless traveling cutters or automatic fixed-length flying saws, to ensure clean, neat cuts that do not damage the anchoring ribs.
Application of HDPE-PP T-Grip V-Stud Anchor Sheet Extrusion Line
PE Anchor Plate is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet featuring a surface embedded with numerous vertical V-shaped or T-shaped anchor keys (ribs). It is primarily utilized to provide anti-corrosion and anti-seepage protection for concrete structures.
Mechanical Anchoring (Permanent Bond): By means of the anchor keys on its reverse side, the plate is directly cast into the concrete, thereby forming a robust, monolithic entity with the structure. Unlike conventional anti-corrosion coatings, it remains firmly bonded—resisting peeling or blistering—even when subjected to back-pressure or vibration.
Superior Corrosion Resistance: Leveraging the exceptional chemical stability of HDPE, it acts as a barrier against the corrosive effects of acids, alkalis, salts, and microorganisms on concrete structures, thereby significantly extending the service life of the building.
Seepage Prevention and Leakage Control: Serving as a robust waterproofing barrier, it prevents liquid leakage into the surrounding environment and blocks groundwater intrusion into the interior of the structure.
Concrete Surface Protection: It safeguards the concrete surface against erosion, abrasion, weathering, and the corrosion of reinforcing steel.
Key Applications: Municipal drainage and wastewater treatment systems, chemical and industrial facilities, tunnels and underground infrastructure, water conservancy projects, hazardous waste management, and similar fields.
