1. Parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder barrel, the screw is designed and manufactured using the building block principle. According to the processing material system and process formula requirements, the aspect ratio barrel structure, screw arrangement, exhaust quantity position, feeding method, electrical control method, etc. can be optimized and reasonably configured. Achieve multi-function and multi-purpose to adapt to the processing of advanced materials;


2. New deceleration distribution transmission system, high-standard design, high-precision gear processing, main bearings using imported parts, reasonable oil-immersed type combined with forced lubrication device, and chain protection device to ensure reliable and smooth operation of the main engine;


3. Make full use of the limited space to design a new progressive spline structure and mandrel. Ensure maximum carrying capacity and achieve high-regular transmission;


4. The threaded components designed using computer-aided design are kneading conjugate type. It has excellent self-cleaning function and good interchangeability. Its specifications include conveying block, mixing block, kneading block, counterflow block and toothed disc, etc. Through appropriate and reasonable combination, it can realize the conveying, plasticizing and shearing of materials. , dispersion, homogenization, exhaust, pressure building, etc., to complete the process of polymer material processing;


5. According to the different states of the materials, the feeding system adopts a variety of structural forms, including single screw, twin screw, twin screw non-meshing type, hollow spring type, double-stage type and metering pump for volume metering feeding. It can also be equipped with loss-in-weight metering to meet higher metering requirements;


6. The main components of the electrical control system of the unit are all imported, and can be designed with: main unit control, analog panel display, PLC system, PEC system control, etc. for selection;


7. The granulation system can use a variety of methods to meet the requirements, such as water-cooled strip cutting, water ring die surface cutting, eccentric water mist cutting, water and underwater die surface cutting, etc.;


8. The conventional barrel is made of high-quality nitrided steel with surface nitriding treatment or high-performance bimetal alloy sleeve, and tool steel bushings can also be used; threaded components are made of high-quality nitrided steel surface treatment, high wear-resistant high-speed tool steel and corrosion-resistant. The special surface treatment method for wear is suitable for various types of processing.
