The production process flow:
Premixing method:
Put all materials into the high mixing machine for premixing, then enter the cold mixing machine, and directly feed them into the twin-screw extruder for granulation
Partial premixing method:
Put SEBS/SBS into the high mixing machine, add some or all of the oil and other additives for premixing, and then enter the cold mixing machine. Then, feed the premixed main materials, fillers, resins, oils, etc. through the weight loss weighing system, and extrude and granulate them.
Split feeding:
All materials are separated and weighed separately before being fed into the extruder for extrusion granulation
