These are two PET sheet extrusion lines ordered by a renowned client in Brazil, each machine with output capacity of 1,600 kg/h. The production lines are characterized by their high output, high speed, and high efficiency. During actual operation at the client's facility, the equipment achieved a running speed of 80 m/min; the winding system—independently designed and manufactured by Jwell—proved to be perfectly suited to these high-speed requirements. While maintaining this high production line speed, the system simultaneously ensures that the quality of the PET sheet products meets the client's specifications to perfection.
