PRODUCT application
Filling masterbatch is made by adding calcium carbonate, kaolin, inorganic powder and plastic carrier and lubricant, and is granulated by twin-screw through premixing or multi-channel weight loss feeding. This masterbatch is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. Among plastic products such as vinyl chloride, polyester, ABS, PS, EVA, pipes, braided wires, films, packing tapes, injection molding, extrusion, etc., they have the characteristics of reinforcement, increment, cost reduction, heat resistance improvement, low carbon and environmental protection.
According to the material, it can be divided into: PP calcium carbonate filled masterbatch, PE calcium carbonate filled masterbatch, filled masterbatch, transparent filled masterbatch.
High filling operation is to fill a high proportion of inorganic powder into resin carrier and ensure the filler distributed evenly. The resin carrier can not be cut over broken in order to maintain good physical properties in the process of processing. Meanwhile the equipment should guarantee higher capacity and low wear-off to keep cost-effective and highly practical.

3.High-efficiency and energy-saving motors can maximize the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy. The W21 Magnet drive system is composed of a permanent magnet motor and inverter with Super Premium IE4 (GB1) efficiency and Ultra Premium IE5 efficiency, which is perfectly suitable for speed regulation, low Applications with stringent requirements such as precise rotational speed control, low noise and compact design，available brands including WEG、Siemens, it can be low voltage, 6kV or 10kV.
4.Automatic underwater pelletizing system can produce round pellet with high automation, the closed system has no emission of smoke and dust to environment and can adapt to various capacity requirements，available brands including ECON、BKG、Gala，Local made CGC、Ronghong etc.
5.Various kinds of downstream equipments realize homogenization, sieving, drying & cooling , automatic packing smoothly.
