The larger the extrusion yield, the larger the screw diameter; The section area of the profile is large (the section size is large), and the diameter of the screw is larger.

(2) Extrusion mold: extrusion mold is the main part of product molding, its role is to continuously and uniformly transform the cylindrical melt provided by the extruder into a well-plasticized shape similar to the channel section and geometric size. After cooling and other processes, the profile products with good performance are obtained.

(3) Cooling setting part: the cooling setting table is equipped with a sink and a water circulation system, the sink is made of stainless steel, the cooling is a circulating water spray cooling, and the setting table is equipped with a front and back moving device and a left and right, high and low adjustment device.

(4) Traction part: The traction machine is used to continuously and automatically lead out the cooled and hardened seal from the head, which is a frequency conversion speed regulation type.
