Description:
Put the LDPE foaming particles and other assistant particles produced by the mixing granulation machine into the extruder to produce XPE sheets.
Based on many years of extrusion design and manufacturing experience, our company constantly improves the structural design of IXPE foaming sheet screw and the temperature control and cooling system of the screw and optimizes the internal structural design of the mold. The extruder is formed by a vertical mirror three roll calender and equipped with a high-precision constant temperature system, which makes the IXPE master sheet stable and continuous in the extrusion process, ensuring uniform plasticization and dispersion of materials and easy temperature control.

Description:
XPE sheet is processed into foaming sheet through foaming machine line. We have two different foaming machine, horizontal foaming machine line for XPE, and vertical foaming machine line for IXPE. Our foaming oven machine adopts the latest enhanced furnace, the oven divided into three parts: preheating stage, coil stage, furnace whole length 23m, high ceiling 5.5 m, width 3.5 m, equipped with imported brand high precise burner, which ensure accurate temperature control, can produce XPE, IXPE, rubber and foam products.
The whole process is complicated and has high requirement for equipment and operation. Our foaming machine has the features of energy saving, high output, uniform heating, small heat loss, large capacity, low energy consumption, simple operation.
